Hi Lauren,
Welcome aboard planDisney! Thanks for sailing by with your question. I know you must be excited to sail away with your little one.
I know keeping everyone on schedule is one of the challenges of
vacationing with young sailors, so let's see what we can do to help get you on your way. When carrying food and beverages onboard, items must be sealed in their original packaging. In my experience, personal water bottles have not been turned away, so I am guessing it should be ok. However, I can't guarantee this will be the case. But no worries! You will be able to obtain hot water in several locations when you board the ship. At the sit-down restaurant serving lunch, you can ask your server for water for this purpose. You will also find hot water near the coffee service area in Cabanas and the beverage stations on the pool deck.
Did you know you can request bottle warmers for use in your stateroom during your cruise (though they are not permitted to be brought on board by Guests)? Simply navigate to
My Reservations and then select Special Requests and complete the Special Request form. Other baby items are also available. Also, if you plan to use
“it’s a small world” nursery! services, your little one will enjoy the Disney care you would expect, giving you the peace of mind to enjoy some adult-exclusive options. Keep in mind that these are on a first-come first-serve basis, so I suggest you make those requests now.
I hope this information is helpful, Lauren. If you have other questions, please don't hesitate to let us know; we are always happy to help moms navigate their travel!
Wishing you many magical memories,
Shannon
