    We're going on our first dcl cuise feburary 2013. I have 2 boys who at the time will be 2 and 10. With there being such an age gap between the kids and restrictions of toilet trained toddlers in the pools, what activities can we do together as a family?

    Welcome back to the Mom's Panel!  One of the unique things about a Disney Cruise is the wide range of activities for all ages.  Each night your stateroom host/hostess will place a Personal Navigator in your room.  It will be loaded with everything you need to know about what is going on onboard the very next day.  Please find a few activities below that your entire family will enjoy while cruising with Disney!
    • Character Meet & Greets- One of my favorite activities on a Disney Cruise is to meet my favorites characters while onboard.  If you forget your camera, don't worry because one of the many ship's photographers will be there to snap a great family photo.  You can also ask for autographs as well!  If your family has a must meet list, character appearances are also displayed in the Atrium or you can call 7-Pals from your stateroom.
    • Movies on Deck-There is a huge outdoor screen on Deck 11 that shows Disney movies both day and night.  Check your Personal Navigator for some of your favorites and grab an ice cream or a slice of pizza and enjoy family movie time!
    • Oceaneer Club/Lab-Even though your two year old is too young to" check-in" to the club and lab, special family times will be scheduled during your cruise.  Again, check that handy Personal Navigator for the times.
    • Rotational Dining-My family has made wonderful memories during our dining experiences on our Disney Cruises.  Your servers aren't just going to take your order and bring you your drinks.  They will customize your dining each night to make sure you have the most magical time at their table!
