Ahoy, Melissa!
Congratulations on your first Disney Cruise! March is just around the corner so it won't be long now. My favorite souvenirs from my Disney Cruise vacations are always the photos! The
onboard photographers are there so that everyone can be in the pictures, which is a huge plus for me since I'm typically the one on the other side of the camera! Lots of opportunities will be available including in the cruise terminal before you even board the ship, so if you purchase a photo package, be sure to take advantage of as many as you can. Your
cruise newsletter, the Personal Navigator, will list when photos will be taken each day and most characters appearances do offer a ship photographer.
I'm not sure if you are traveling with friends or family in March, but there is a photo policy in place for families with two staterooms. If the occupants of the extra stateroom are the children (21 and younger) of the family purchasing the package, they will be included in the package. If this is the case, you will not be able to link your staterooms until you are on the ship and will need to visit
Shutters, the onboard photography store, to speak with a photographer. If you are traveling with friends or other family members, a photo package for each stateroom will need to be purchased. The best place to learn all about the photo services and options available for your sailing is www.mycruisephotos.com. If you click on the "Help" section, you'll find answers to many of the frequently asked questions.
I'm so excited for you, Melissa! Please let us know if you have any other questions before you cast off with Captain Mickey!
