We want to see the fireworks show from a good vantage point such as California Grill but would like to use counter service. I was thinking about the California Grill Lounge? Any suggestions would be great! Thank you!

    Hi Cindi!

I have two (hopefully) great suggestions for you, if you'd like to use a counter service restaurant for your meal:
    • The Contempo Cafe located on the 4th floor of the Contemporary- while there isn't a view of Wishes from this cafe, you can easily grab a bite to eat here and then head to the balcony overlook area located on the opposite end of the 4th floor (closest to the Magic Kingdom/Bay Lake Towers). The balcony has a great view of the fireworks and the Wishes music should be playing on the outdoor speakers!
    • Another great grab-and-go spot for a counter service meal with a view is Capt. Cook's at the Polynesian. Simply pick up your meal at Capt. Cooks and then head out to the beach. If you arrive early, you shouldn't have trouble finding a table to sit and enjoy your meal while you wait for the fireworks to start. And depending on your timing, you may also be lucky enough to get a great view of the Electrical Water Pageant as well!
Hope one of these spots will work for you! Have a great trip!
