Hi Theresa!
Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party (MVMCP) is a specially ticketed event held at Walt Disney World on select nights in November and December. The park will close to all guests without a ticket at 7:00 p.m. and those who are attending the party will get to experience several fun activities that aren't held during normal park operating hours, including snow on Main Street, complimentary hot cocoa and cookies, character meet and greets, Once Upon a Christmastime Parade and A Frozen Holiday Wish. In years past, they've had a special Holiday viewing of Wishes. As you know, Wishes is no longer occurring in Magic Kingdom and it's been replaced by
Happily Ever After fireworks. Disney may offer a special holiday viewing of Happily Ever After for those attending the party, although it has not yet been announced.
For the nights of the party, the fireworks will be for guests who have purchased admission to MVMCP, however, you can get a great view of the fireworks show from several locations outside the park, including the beach at
Polynesian and the balcony at
California Grill.
I hope you have a magical vacation!
Magically,
Stacy
