Hi there Sol! Welcome to planDisney.
When
booking dining reservations at Walt Disney World Resort,
the total number of Guests, regardless of age (including infants), should be included on your reservation. This ensures the restaurant assigns your party to a table that can comfortably accommodate your entire group, including high chairs if requested, and also allows the dining location to adhere to safety and capacity standards. I recommend modifying your current reservations to reflect the total number of Guests in your party. To change the number of Guests on your dining reservation, locate the reservation under "My Plans" on the
My Disney Experience website and select "Change Reservation". If using the
My Disney Experience mobile app, use the menu button in the lower right corner of the home screen to select "Future Plans", select the reservation you need to change, and then select "Modify". If you are unable to modify your reservation prior to your vacation, when you arrive at your selected dining location, let the Cast Member know you have an additional Guest in your party. While not guaranteed, they will do their best to accommodate you. You may experience a longer wait to be seated.
I know sometimes there is a bit of confusion with the magic age of 3. Guests
under the age of 3 do not require an admission ticket, and there is also
no charge for these littlest Guests when dining if sharing from an adult plate or at family-style or buffet dining locations. When dining at a prix fixe location, all Guests ages 3 and up will be charged. The final bill will reflect child pricing for Guests ages 3 to 9, and adult pricing for Guests ages 10 and up.
Sol, if you have any additional questions, please feel free to stop by and see us again anytime. We are always happy to help.
