Hi Matthew, welcome to planDisney! The countdown has started and your magical visit to the Disneyland Resort is just around the corner! I'm happy to help you locate your trip details.
First, head over to the
Disneyland Resort website and make sure you’re signed into your account. Then, hover over "My Disneyland" in the menu and click "
My Plans." Any theme park, hotel, dining, and activity reservations linked to your account will appear on this page.
Another way to look at your park reservations specifically is to hover over “My Disneyland” in the menu and click on “
Theme Park Reservations.” From there, click "
Make or Modify Park Reservations" to view your upcoming park dates. Remember, you’ll need a reservation for each day you plan to visit. If there is a date you need to change, click “Modify Reservation,” select the Guest(s), and pick a new date. If nothing shows up on this page, you'll need to make sure your ticket is linked to your account. I
recently answered a question about this if you'd like some guidance.
Here are a few tips about theme park reservations:
- Make your park reservations as early as possible, especially if you want to visit on a Friday, Sunday, or holiday.
- If a reservation is unavailable for the date or park you want, keep checking back! As the date approaches, people may start canceling, and you might be able to snag the reservation you want! You can use the Theme Park Reservation Availability tool to see what reservations are available for your ticket.
- With a Park Hopper ticket, you can visit either park after 11 a.m. as long as you have a reservation for at least one park.
I find it easy to manage all my reservations on the
Disneyland mobile app. After signing into your account, tap the bottom icon with the three horizontal lines (≡) and scroll down to "Future Plans" in the "My Visit" section. Theme park, dining, and hotel reservations will show up here. At the bottom of the screen, there's a button to link any missing reservations. Check the inbox for the email address you used to make the purchase or booking to locate the necessary reservation information.
If you'd like to speak with a Cast Member directly about theme park or hotel reservations, there are dedicated phone numbers that you can call, which are listed on the
Contact Disneyland Resort page.
Matthew, I hope this information makes your arrival to the Disneyland Resort as smooth as a Magic Carpet Ride! If you have any other questions in advance of your visit, please reach out. We're always happy to assist here at planDisney!
Wishing you magic,
Kriss
