Welcome to planDisney, Nancy!
There's nothing like having unused tickets to the Most Magical Place on Earth. That means there's a great, big, beautiful tomorrow on the horizon. There's so much EARisdescent magic happening in each of the parks for the
50th Anniversary Celebration. From the Beacons of Magic displays to the nighttime spectaculars, Disney Enchantment, and Harmonious. I'm sure you're going to have a "practically perfect" trip.
Nancy, if you've purchased Theme Park tickets through the Walt Disney World website, they might have been automatically linked to the account through which they were purchased. To check if your tickets are linked, log into your
My Disney Experience account and go to "Park Tickets." If you see some tickets, then you're ready to make Theme Park reservations. In the words of Cogsworth, “If it’s not Baroque, don’t fix it.”
However, if your tickets are not automatically linked, you'll have to link them manually. If you purchased your Theme Park tickets from the
Walt Disney World website, then you should have received a confirmation email from Walt Disney World Reservations. In this email, you should find a barcode with a 12-digit ID number.
If you purchased your tickets from a third-party company, then they should have sent you an e-ticket with a barcode and a 12-digit ID number.
If you're still having trouble locating your ID number, Nancy, then I'd suggest calling the "
Existing Tickets" team. A friendly Cast Member will be able to use all their expertise to help you.
I hope that's helpful, Nancy. Please stop by planDisney again if there is any way that we can serve you.
ChEARS,
Mike
