How do I find out how many tickets are on my band?

    Hiya, George! Welcome to planDisney!

Oh boy, it looks like your trip to Walt Disney World Resort is just a dream away and I couldn't be more excited for you! There's magic waiting for you around every corner, from the glowing Beacons of Magic to the golden sculptures of the Disney Fab 50 Character Collection. The EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival will be blooming just in time for your visit, too! Personally, this is my favorite festival - I love looking for all of the character topiaries and spending some time strolling the outdoor kitchens. You have so much to discover and explore!

George, it sounds like you may have previously visited The Most Magical Place on Earth and have saved one of your MagicBands - I love them, too! They're some of my favorite souvenirs to keep after my magical vacations. The good news is that your MagicBands are linked to your My Disney Experience account, so you will be able to view any tickets linked to your account online!

First, log into your account online. Hover your mouse over the My Disney Experience tab and click My Plans. Scroll down past My Plans, Reservations and Tickets and toggle over to Tickets & Memory Maker. You'll be able to view any tickets linked to your account. However, you will also want to take a look at the Ticket Expiration Information to ensure that your tickets are still valid!

If you would like to speak to someone directly about your tickets, you can always call a Cast Member or reach out through the Chat feature. If you call, I'd recommend calling right as phone lines open in the morning at 7:00 EST. Personally, I enjoy using Chat through the My Disney Experience app! To do this, log into your app and tap the icon that looks like three stacked lines. Scroll down a bit and tap Chat With Us. Leave your question in your message and a Cast Member will respond to you as soon as they're able!

George, prior to your trip in March, be sure that you've made your Theme Park Reservations so you can be sure to reserve your desired parks on the days of your trip! You may also want to explore the My Disney Experience app, which feels a little like holding a magic wand in your hand. You'll be able to check wait times for rides, view park maps, and even mobile order food. This is the best wait to minimize waits and maximize the fun!

I hope I was able to help you with your question today! If you have any other questions, please visit us again. After all - you've got a friend in me!

    See ya real soon!

Hello from Mister Rogers' Neighborhood, also known as Pittsburgh! My husband and I live in a little town that we affectionately call Main Street, U.S.A. where we often find ourselves seeking out ice cream, finding new adventures, and having lightsaber battles in our backyard. While we love to travel to galaxies far, far away, we consider Walt Disney World Resort our second home and I can't wait to help you add even more magic to your Disney vacations!
