Hi Suzanne,
Welcome to planDisney and thank you for your question!
I’m sure you’re super excited about your upcoming trip to the Walt Disney World Resort! May is one of my favorite times to come because the weather is beautiful and it’s just an ideal time to get some Florida sun right before the start of summer.
To my knowledge, the tickets don’t really have specific numbers that are visible within the
My Disney Experience mobile app, but the tickets do sit in a special location. When you purchased your tickets, you probably received a confirmation email which had a confirmation number in it (for all the tickets). If you haven’t already, you’ll want to add that number to the My Disney Experience mobile app. I recently answered a question
detailing all the steps you’ll need to link the tickets!
If you’ve already linked your tickets, you’ll be able to find them in the “Tickets and Passes” section of the app for each member of your party. As I mentioned, there aren’t really numbers, but you should see everyone’s names on the tickets. If there are no names, you can simply assign a ticket to each member of your party by selecting the button under the ticket!
One of the final things you’ll want to do in this process is book your
Disney Park Pass reservations. At this time, both a Disney Park Pass and ticket are needed for everyone entering the Theme Parks each day. You’ll want to book these as soon as possible to ensure that you get the reservations you and your party want for the vacation!
I hope this “Bit By Bryanna” is helpful as you prepare for your family’s Walt Disney World Resort adventure this spring.
If you have any other vacation or planning questions, please feel free to reach out, I’m always happy to help!
