Hi Betsy,
Welcome to planDisney and thank you for your question! Your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is in a few weeks, has the countdown started yet?
Most of the time, Theme Park tickets are shared digitally, so they’ll be added to your My Disney Experience account if you bought them through the app or online. If they aren’t in your My Disney Experience account, Hakuna Matata, I can give you a few steps to add them.
You should have received a confirmation email when you purchased your tickets. Once you’ve found it, locate your confirmation number within that email. Now in the
My Disney Experience mobile app, click the three lines in the lower right-hand corner. Scroll to the bottom and click “Link to Account”, select “Link Tickets or Passes”, and under “Ticket or Pass”, you will be able to add your confirmation number. Once it’s entered, your party’s tickets should come up under “Tickets and Passes". If for some reason it doesn’t work, you can always speak with a Cast Member at the
Existing Tickets help desk! Also, don't forget to book your
Disney Park Pass reservations. Both a Disney Park Pass and ticket are needed for each person entering the Theme Parks at this time.
Once your tickets are linked, you can also create
Disney MagicMobile passes through the My Disney Experience mobile app on your personal device! With this Service you’re able to use your phone like a MagicBand. Just select the three horizontal lines again in your app and choose the square titled “Disney MagicMobile”. Once you click the “+” in the upper right hand corner, you can create passes for you and your party. The final step is simply adding the passes to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay. Once added, you’ll be able to scan into the Theme Parks with just the tap of your phone! This is another great way to use your digital tickets.
If for any reason you need a physical form of ticket, just head over to
Guest Services at any of the Theme Parks or
Disney Springs. The Cast Members there will look up your information and can give you cards if you prefer to have them!
I hope this “Bit By Bryanna” is helpful as you prepare to visit the Walt Disney World Resort very soon.
If you have any other vacation or planning questions, please feel free to reach out, I’m always happy to help!
The Magic Is Calling,
