Where do I find my ticket number so I can transfer to someone else?

Hi Janice! Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney.

You can find the ticket ID number in your original purchase confirmation e-mail. With standard admission tickets, if you share that number with someone, they can link it to their Disneyland Resort account, which effectively transfers the ticket to their account. I'm happy to walk you through how they can link the ticket once you've shared that number with them.

To link the ticket to their account, they should download the Disneyland mobile app, tap the three-bar menu at the bottom of the app, and select "Tickets and Passes." There they'll be able to link the ticket ID by tapping the "+" and manually entering the number. After it's linked to their account, they'll be able to scan into the parks using the app if they have a theme park reservation. A helpful Cast Member will take a quick photo of them at the gates and from that point on, their photo will identify them with the ticket.

If they need to change the theme park reservation you made at the time of purchase, they can modify the existing reservation and make a new one for any available park and date. Popular days can fill up, so it's best to try to make your changes as soon as possible.

    I hope this helps!
