How do I find out the sign up options for my cruise so that I can be ready for booking them?

    Welcome aboard planDisney, Rene!

Thanks for sailing by with your great question. One of the best things about a Disney Cruise Line vacation is all the options Guests have for Port Adventures and all the onboard activities. You are smart to plan ahead so you can be ready to hopefully secure everything you have in mind.

Once you have paid your cruise balance in full, your advanced booking window for Port Adventures and onboard activities is based on your Castaway Club level:
First-Time Guests 75 days prior to sail date
Silver Castaway Club Member 90 days prior to sail date
Gold Castaway Club Member 105 days prior to sail date
Platinum Castaway Club Member 120 days prior to sail date
Pearl Castaway Club Member 123 days prior to sail date
Concierge Guests 123 days prior to sail date

In case you are wondering, after your first cruise you are automagically Silver Castaway Club Member. You can learn about all the great Castaway Club Member benefits on the Disney Cruise Line website.

Now, when your day to book your activities, you will sign into My Reservations and click on the My Plans tab. Once you are there, select the day you are planning for and select Add Activities. You will add all the activities for that day to your cart. Then simply repeat for each day of your cruise.

Rene, Port Adventures and cruise activities are very popular, so it could be that some are fully booked by the time your advanced booking window opens. If that is the case, I recommend that as soon as you board the ship, open the Disney Cruise Line Navigator App and see if any of your desired activities have space due to other Guests' cancellations or if new activities were added. You can also stop by Guest Services Desk or the Port Adventures Desk after 1:00 p.m. on the day you board the ship and see if you have any new options. For some activities, the Crew Member might place you on a waiting list and you will be contacted if space becomes available.

I hope this information is helpful to you, Rene. Please write back if you have any other questions or if we can provide some tips for making the most of your vacation. Thanks, again, for cruising by!

    Wishing you many magical memories,
    Shannon
