Welcome to planDisney, Georgina! Thanks for stopping by!
Being a resident of the Sunshine State comes with many perks; among them is the ability to purchase discounted Walt Disney World theme park tickets, which are offered several times a year. It's a great way to experience the magic and save a little money at the same time! I'm glad you were able to take advantage of this special offer earlier this year, but I understand your concern since you cannot view your remaining day on your
My Disney Experience app. While I can't see into your account to tell you the exact reason, I have a strong theory about what is going on based on the information you provided.
In January this year, Walt Disney World offered the Disney Weekday Magic Ticket For Florida Residents, with tickets being valid on weekdays from January 11 through April 7, 2022. I suspect that the reason your ticket is no longer showing up is that it expired. Typically, Disney is pretty firm about the expiration dates on the Florida Resident Tickets, but it's worth giving
Ticket Services a call at (407) 934-7639 to discuss your options.
I also wanted to inform you of another
Florida Resident Ticket offer currently going on. Residents can save 40% on 4-Day Tickets and 30% on 3-Day Tickets. If you only want to visit for a day, you can save on 1-Day Tickets with the Park Hopper Option, which offers 1-Day admission to multiple theme parks. Also, Georgina, did you know that you now have the option to
verify your residency online? When you
purchase your tickets through the Walt Disney World website, fill out the "Your Florida Resident Information" form upon check-out.
It was a pleasure helping you today, Georgina! Please stop back anytime!
