Cara from FL Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

Is there a way to find out which Santa will be greeting at each of the locations on property or are they always rotating? We were able to see the same Santa for over 10 years at Disney Springs and last year it was a different one. Thank you!

Happy holidays, Cara! When it comes to visiting the Santa Claus, you're visiting the right place: the Walt Disney World Resort. Because where else would this magical elf spend his time other than the North Pole? That's right, the Most Magical Place on Earth!

The magic of Santa Claus is that he has been revered around the world by various cultures over many years. Throughout the world and throughout the ages, he has been depicted in many different ways, reflecting a rich and diverse history, a spirit of inclusion, and that intangible message of hope and joy that brings a smile to millions of children and a twinkle in the eye of so many parents. Does he bring presents to those who believe? Sure. Does his belly shake like a bowl full of jelly? In some cultures, yes. But the real magic is the stories parents tell their children around this time of year. The memories centered around family and friends that take place during the warmth of the season. And how he inspires a spirit of giving, the desire to hang lights to brighten up the dark, and how he can make even Scrooge McDuck's heart melt when he realizes the true magic of the season. And that magic is quite simply the people you love, the ones who love you, and how we illuminate each other's lives during the holidays and the whole year through. There's truly only one Santa. And he's in the beauty you'll find throughout the season.

The depictions of this jolly old elf rotate throughout the various locations around Walt Disney World Resort property. If you're going to be visiting Santa Claus at Disney Springs, make sure that you join the Virtual Queue through the My Disney Experience mobile app. This way, you can enjoy all of the wonderful offerings around this shopping and dining district while you wait for your special time with Santa.

If you're interested in learning more about different cultures and what they do to celebrate the holidays, you'll definitely want to check out the Storytellers that can be found around World Showcase during the EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays, which includes a few different representations of Santa Claus from around the world! In fact, my friends Amy and Ashley talk all about it on the planDisney Podcast episode all about this fun, educational, and joyous festival.

Cara, I hope your visit with Santa inspires you to feel the love, the joy, and the happiness this magical time of year always seems to bring.

Hope is the greatest of the gifts we'll receive,
    Matt
