When do we find our room location in the resorts?

    Dear Gerald,

Thanks for reaching out to us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your terrific question about finding out where you will be staying during your Walt Disney World Resort vacation!

I recommend that you complete the online check-in prior to your visit. That will save you considerable time upon your arrival at your resort hotel.

Once you have completed that, upon arrival you will receive a text when your resort hotel room is ready, or if you choose not to receive the texts, you will check-in at the front desk of the resort hotel and they will let you know exactly which magical room is yours! If for some reason your room is not ready when you arrive, you can leave your luggage with Bell Services and go off to enjoy the parks! They will deliver it to you as soon as the room is available!

Hope that helps with your planning!
