Hey, Rachael! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thanks for bringing your question to us! Walt Disney World Resort does an excellent job of helping guests adhere to their dietary restrictions while on vacation. I am pleased to let you know that sugar-free pancake syrup is available at all dining locations that offer breakfast. During my recent stay at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort, I was able to pick up several of the single-serving containers of it for my daughters' Mickey waffles each day. When you are seated at the table for your breakfast at
Tusker House Restaurant, just let the Cast Member serving you know that you will need some of the sugar-free syrup. I believe the last time we dined there, we were able to find these containers with the other condiments near the buffet.
Rachael, if you have any concerns about certain items that will be on the buffet at this restaurant, or any Disney dining location, feel free to ask to see the chef. They are always very willing to come out and guide guests through the buffet to point out items they may want to stay away from, based on their nutritional needs, and which items are practically perfect in every way. At some dining locations, the chefs may be able to give a wave of their magic wand and cook up a customized menu item. My advice is to
contact Disney Special Diets and have your dietary needs noted on your reservation. This should be done at least 14 days in advance of your arrival.
Thanks again for sending your question to us! Please let us know if you have any others as you continue to plan your pixie-dusted adventures!
