How do I find my reservation information in my account

Hi Brandy and welcome to planDisney! I’m happy to help you organize your reservations for your upcoming visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!

The best way to keep all of the elements of your vacation in the same place, is by creating a My Disney Experience account. Once you have, you can link your Disney Resort Collection hotel reservations, theme park tickets, dining reservations and even Memory Maker to your account.

You can access your account online or via your My Disney Experience app on your smartphone. To find your reservation information, just hover over "My Plans" to see your dining, resort and dining information. You can view all of the plans you’ve added for every member of your party! It’s a great planning tool! I suggest exploring it before your visit, so you can get an idea about where your tickets and Disney Park Pass Reservations are listed. You can even see all the details about your resort hotel and check in online!

Brandy, I hope this information is helpful to you as you continue to plan your vacation. If you need any more planning advice, you can always come back to see us. It’s our pleasure to help you with all the details of your next magical vacation!
