Where do I find my renewal date?

Hiya, Elizabeth, and welcome to planDisney from a fellow Floridian! Don't you love the perks of living in the Sunshine State? My Walt Disney World Resort Annual Pass is one of my most prized possessions. It sounds like you've enjoyed your pass, as well, since you're thinking about renewing it. So let's find that renewal date so you can stay fully immersed in the magic of Walt Disney World Resort.

There are a few ways to track down your renewal window, so let's start with finding the expiration date of your current pass. First, in the My Disney Experience Mobile App, tap the Tickets and Passes tile and scroll across until you find the pass you want to renew. Under the barcode, you'll see the expiration date. You will be eligible to renew or upgrade your pass 60 days before and up to 30 days after that expiration date.

If you're on your computer, go to the My Disney Experience tab and click on My Plans. Scroll down to My Plans, Reservations, and Tickets, and directly under that, you'll see the option to tap "Daily Itinerary" or "Tickets, Passes, and Memory Maker." Click the second one, and your annual pass should be listed there, along with its expiration date.

Please feel free to call the Annual Passholder line if you need help finding that expiration date or have specific questions about renewing or upgrading your pass. I thoroughly enjoy my Pixie Dust Pass, and I especially love the discounts on merchandise and dining I've been able to use. My pass paid for itself in a week!

Elizabeth, I hope I've helped you find that renewal window for your Annual Pass, but please feel free to stop by planDisney any time with your questions. I'd be happy to help you, neighbor!

    Magic awaits,
    Elaine
