Hi Leslie, and welcome back to planDisney! It sounds like you’re all set to maximize the magic during your upcoming visit. So let’s make sure you can find your receipt.
I’m usually the one who purchases
Lightning Lane Passes for my group of friends, so I’m often referencing the receipt to let them know the cost. The last time I bought Lightning Lane Passes, I received an email with the subject “Walt Disney World Confirmation”. Inside, there was information on the type of Lightning Lane Pass, the people it was purchased for, and the total cost with tax. If you search your email for the word “Lightning Lane”, that may be another way to find the email. Make sure you’re checking the email associated with the MyDisney account used to purchase the Lightning Lane Passes. And it wouldn’t hurt to peek in your Spam folder just in case it landed there! If you still can’t find the receipt, I’d recommend calling the
App and MagicBand Support phone number, and a Cast Member would be happy to help.
If you purchased Lightning Lane Multi Pass, I wanted to share a tip that has helped me get the most out of the Pass! As the day goes on, you might find that Lightning Lane return times are no longer available for an attraction you haven’t experienced yet. But other guests are always changing their plans, so sometimes return times will pop up again throughout the day. If you periodically check the
My Disney Experience app, you might be able to snag a return time!
And, finally, don’t forget about one of the coolest Lightning Lane Pass perks, complimentary digital downloads of select
attraction photos and videos. These action shots are some of my family’s favorite pictures from our Disney vacations!
I’m wishing you the best day ever at Disney World next week! And if you have any other questions, we’re always here for you at planDisney.
