    How can i find out what quick service food places have gluten free menu options?

    Hi Carla,

    I love dining at Walt Disney World and knowing that my dietary needs are going to be met. In addition, I do not worry about my daughter's shellfish allergy as I know they will take good care of her.

    You can review the menus online and can ask when you arrive at the parks. However, you may want to reach out the team at Special Diets. This team can answer your questions about quick service restaurants and gluten free options. You can email them at Special.Diets@DisneyWorld.com at least 14 days before you arrive to get a list of restaurants and their options.
