Walt Disney World Resort! When it comes to my magical vacations, I love to think about every detail that will make my trip extra special, including my MagicBands. I would be happy to help you locate your order status!
To check on your MagicBand order, you'll first want to log into your account online. Hover your mouse over the
My Disney Experience tab and click
My MagicBands and Cards. Scroll down until you see "Your MagicBand Order" where you can view the selections you've made. If you click "Order History," you'll be able to see the current status of your order. If you don't see any MagicBand purchase made, that may explain why you haven't received an email and you may want to place an order at this time. For further questions about your MagicBand or its status, you are welcome to
call a friendly Cast Member at (407) 939-4357! They will be able to take a peek at your account and help with any questions you may have!
While we're making sure that your trip is practically perfect in every way, I have a few more suggestions for you! First, be sure that you've made your theme park reservations through the
Disney Park Pass system. This is an important step to reserve the parks you'd like to visit on each day of your trip! I'd also recommend taking some time to download and explore the
My Disney Experience app before you visit. This is my favorite way to minimize waits and maximize the fun! You can use this app to check wait times for attractions, view park maps, and even
mobile order food (which is my favorite feature). It's almost like having your own magic wand!
