Welcome to planDisney, Jeffrey! With so much to do at the Walt Disney World Resort, Guests could use a little help keeping track of all their plans! Fortunately, there is an app to help you do just that! The
My Disney Experience app will keep track of all your plans! With the app, your plans are just a finger tap away!
When you open the app, you’ll want to tap on the menu (three horizontal lines) in the bottom right corner. Then tap on the tile that states, “Future Plans.” Here you will find some of your bookings and reservations. There is also a tile that you can tap for “Tickets and Passes.” Another tile, titled “Resort Hotel,” will indicate which resort hotel you’ve booked and the dates of your reservation.
Jeffrey, if you’re unfamiliar with the app, you can download it to your mobile device. If you don’t have the app, you should be able to find all of your reservations (i.e. dining, parks, resort hotel, etc.) in your email. Any time you make a reservation, you should receive an email confirmation. You can then add them to your app. If you regularly use the app, you will find that many of your reservations will automatically load to the app!
To add reservations to your app, simply tap the “Resort Hotel” tile. You’ll see areas where you can link
MagicBands, resort reservations, and dining reservations. Once you link them, they will appear in your app.
Jeffrey, your plans and reservations can also be found by logging into your account on the
Walt Disney World Resort website. Once you arrive at the website, click on the "My Disney Experience" icon or the sign-in icon on the home page of the Walt Disney World Resort website. Then use your username and password to login to your My Disney Experience account!
