Ahoy Bobbi!
We're so glad you sailed over to planDisney. It sounds like you recently enjoyed a magical Disney Cruise Line voyage, and if so, I'm happy to help you chart a course to your
onboard photos.
A recent update allows U.S.-based guests to view and purchase images captured on their sailing even once they are back on dry land. My family is always so busy enjoying the onboard activities and
entertainment, we don't always leave time to view our photos at the kiosks before disembarking. Now we can head over to disneycruise.com and hover over the "Already Booked" menu header and click the option for "
My Cruise Photos" toward the bottom of the list.
Once you sign in to your account, you should see all your images with a Disney Cruise Line logo watermark. You'll have the option to purchase a Single Photo Download by clicking on your preferred image(s) and then "Add to Bag"one at a time. You'll also see the option to purchase the Unlimited Digital Photo Package when clicking on an individual image. This will include digital downloads of all the photos from a single sailing. Once you complete your purchase, the watermarks will be removed from your images. Be sure to view and purchase your photos as soon as possible, as images will only be available for 45 days after the date of capture.
I hope this helps, Bobbi! If you need additional guidance, check out
these frequently asked questions, and please don't hesitate to come back to planDisney. In the meantime, check out
"Midnight Magic" (tissues optional), which debuted at the recent Academy Awards. It will have you ready to book your next sailing and relive the magic all over again!
Magic and memories,
Amy
