    where can I find my payment history for a vacation that I have a confirmation for

    Thank you for stopping by with your question about the details of your payment history. Let's review a few scenarios that hopefully will get you the information you are looking for. 

    Darla, if you currently have a vacation scheduled to visit the Walt Disney World Resort, you can find your current balance on your My Disney Experience account. Once you log in, go to the "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" section and look for your reservation. To the right of your reservation, you should see a link to "Make a Payment" which should direct you to a screen that will give you the most up-to-date balance on your account. 

    One great option when you book a vacation to Walt Disney World is your options for payment. After you secure your reservation with a down payment, full payment is due 30 days before your date of arrival. You can make payments towards your vacation at any time before the due date. Once you make a payment, Disney will always send over an email with the transaction history and a receipt. The history of your transactions should be in your email, just be aware they may end up in your spam folder, so don't forget to check that too! 

    If you have already taken your vacation and are looking for a history of what was charged to your account, this will also be emailed to you. After your Magical vacation, Disney will send an email with your Guest Pay Folio summary which includes a detailed history of all charged items to your room through your MagicBands or MagicCard during your stay.
