1st, I find the Panel very helpful ~ we are very excited about our upcoming trip to DisneyWorld for the 1st time. We have dinner reservations at Cinderella's Royal Table for 7:00 pm on Oct 29, but the Park Hours read closing at 7:00 pm. How will that work?

This is a detail that confuses many guests. In most instances, the stated park closing time is the time when no additional guests will be admitted into the park and most of the rides cease operation for the night. It doesn't mean that's the time when all guests will be vacated from the park. There are often activities, such as fireworks, shows, or even restaurant seatings, that don't begin until after park closing.

In your case, the reason that the Royal Table will still be going strong at 7:00 is that October 29 is a date of Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party. The party runs from from 7:00 until midnight.

If you don't have party tickets, you should plan to enter the park by about 6:30 to ensure that you don't have any problems with your entry. Also, if you don't have party tickets, you should plan to leave the MK right after your meal. If you do have party tickets, the you can go ahead and enjoy the ongoing festivities after your dinner.

Also, Disney transportation will continue to run until all the guests really have left the park. You won't be stranded at the Magic Kingdom. Though I think it would be pretty cool to be stuck there :-)
