Where can I find nutrition information for Walt Disney World restaurants? I see the "Mickey Check" icons, but I am looking for full nutritional information. Thank you!

Hi, Robert!  I know how important full nutritional information is in many cases.  Whether you are just watching what you eat and being careful about consuming certain items, or whether you have a medical reason for trying to avoid or limit particular items in your diet, having full nutritional disclosure can be crucial.

Unfortunately, Walt Disney World restaurants do not provide full nutritional information in one go-to location.  Many of the restaurants rely on in season produce or seasonally available specials, such as certain types of salmon.  Ingredients in dishes may be changed without notice, based on the freshest and most seasonally available items.  For these reasons, it's virtually impossible to keep up to the minute accuracy with regard to nutritional information.

The Mickey Check icon is certainly helpful in finding healthier options, but if you need more specific information, I cannot recommend enough asking to speak with a member of the culinary team.  They can give you more information about items prepared that day on the menu, and are always willing to discuss options that may be most appropriate to your specific dietary needs.

I wish I could give you more information!  As a planner, I know it can be tough to wait until the last minute, but the chances an item on a menu may be changed is too great to risk not having the most up to the minute information.

Have a wonderful visit to Walt Disney World.
