Where can I find nutrition information for restaurants at WDW?

Welcome to planDisney, Dru! We're happy you're here!

When planning a trip to Walt Disney World Resort, I know how important and exciting it is to plan out your meals ahead of time. With so many snacks, meals, and beverages at your fingertips, there's surely something for everyone! Though nutrition information isn't readily available online, there are lots of opportunities to find just the right meals for you during your upcoming vacation:

    • View restaurant menus online so you have an idea of what is offered at each restaurant. This way, you can prioritize which restaurants you'd like to dine at in every park! Take a look at the dining options at Magic Kingdom Park, EPCOT, Disney's Hollywood Studios, and Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park.
    • Make advance dining reservations 60 days prior to your trip. When making your reservation, you'll have the opportunity to note any dietary restrictions or preferences. Then, when you check in for your reservation, you'll be able to request to speak to the chef or a Special Diets-trained Cast Member.
    • Download the My Disney Experience app and explore how to place a mobile order for meals and snacks at quick-service locations! You'll be able to view healthier options and make better substitutions that best fit your needs.
    • When in the parks, you can always ask a Cast Member for nutrition information! This information may not be available at every location, but it's always worth it to ask.
    • If you require allergy-friendly meals or have special dietary requests, reach out to the Special Diets team. Guests who have either four or more allergy-friendly requests, require pureed meals, or adhere to a medically restrictive diet can email Special.Diets@DisneyWorld.com within 14 days of arrival for more assistance with their reservations and requests.
I hope I was able to point you in the right direction today, Dru! If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to write to us again. You've got a friend in me!

    See ya real soon,
    Michelle
