Hello Shane, and welcome to planDisney!
Shane, I think perhaps Experiment 626 is getting into mischief again, as it seems your question may have been "Stitched" by a typo or autocorrect. I need to confess that your question has us all a little bit stumped! I think you might be asking how to modify a ticket reservation.
At this time, all Guests ages 3 and up must have a
Disney Park Pass reservation in addition to valid
admission in order to visit a theme park. If you would like to change your Disney Park Pass reservation to a different theme park or a different date, you will need to cancel your original reservation and then make a new Disney Park Pass reservation. Be sure to check the
availability calendar before canceling your current Disney Park Pass reservation. With spring break season now upon us, some parks have limited availability over the coming weeks.
To cancel your current Disney Park Pass reservations, log in to your account on the
My Disney Experience website. Find the park reservation you need to cancel in "My Plans" and select "View Details". You should then see the option to cancel your reservation. Once canceled, you will be able to make a new Disney Park Pass reservation.
If instead, you are asking about how to change the start date of your ticket, look for the option to "Change Ticket" when viewing "Tickets & Memory Maker" under "My Plans" on the My Disney Experience website, or "Tickets and Passes" in the
My Disney Experience mobile app. Ticket modifications may be made up until midnight ET of the day prior to the ticket's first valid use date.
Shane, if I misinterpreted what you were asking, please feel free to stop by planDisney again and submit a new question. We are always happy to help!
Anne Marie
