    How can I find the new member orientation?

    Thank you for stopping by planDisney and “welcome home” to your new Disney Vacation Club Membership! How exciting for you to be starting this magical journey as a new Disney Vacation Club Member. I have been a Disney Vacation Club Member myself since 2012. From Disney Vacation Club Resort stays to cruises on Disney Cruise Line, my Disney Vacation Club Membership has unlocked a whole new world of vacation magic for my family. I truly hope that you find as much joy in your membership as I have, making memories you will cherish for a lifetime.

    To receive your Disney Vacation Club Member “Welcome Home” phone orientation, please call (855) 382-2582 Monday to Friday from 11:10 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Eastern Time and Saturday and Sunday from 10:10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Eastern Time. Be sure to have your Disney Vacation Club Member number available. I would expect this call to last from half an hour to one hour, though it could be longer depending on how many questions you have about your membership. 

    I hope this information helps you learn more about your Disney Vacation Club Membership and starts you on your journey to magical Disney vacations year after year.
