It’s such a delight to see you here with your question, Theresa!
Your trip is just around the Riverbend and that news is sweeter than Dole Whip, if you ask me! I’m elated you stopped by to talk about a couple of my favorite topics: Disney Gift Cards and
Walt Disney World Resort dining!
As a general rule, most any restaurant or shop owned by Disney can accept your Disney Gift Cards. According to
DisneyGiftCard.com, you may use the gift cards for “admission tickets, annual passes, hotel rooms, spa experiences, merchandise, dining, and recreation. This includes Disney owned-and-operated locations and select locations not owned by Disney.” There are a few vendors or carts that do not take the Disney gift cards as a method of payment. What I like to do beforehand is just ask to make sure
Disney Gift Cards are accepted as a form of payment, and for the most part, you will get a lot more restaurants telling you yes rather than no.
Theresa, did you know that you can create an account on the Disney Gift Card website and keep your Disney gift cards organized? You can also combine them in any denomination to a single card with a value of up to $1000. I like to go to combine mine into separate categories, such as Dining, Resort hotel, and Shopping. The website makes it so easy to transfer balances and delete cards with a 0 balance.
I hope you’re getting ready for all the Mickey-shaped treats! One of my favorite snacks at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Park is the
Corn on the Cob with curry salt at
Harambe Fruit Market. It is absolutely scrumptious and I was able to use my Disney Gift Card to pay for it!
I hope you have the most enchanting time at The Most Magical Place on Earth, Theresa!
