Oh boy! I'm so excited to hear that you're making plans to visit
Walt Disney World Resort! It sounds like you're looking to make some changes to your reservation and I'd love to help you locate your tickets. Let me just grab my magic wand!
To view your tickets, you'll want to log into your account online. Hover your mouse over the
My Disney Experience tab and click
My Plans. Scroll down past My Plans, Reservations and Tickets and toggle over to Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker. Here, you'll be able to view your theme park tickets and the Guests to whom they're linked. If the tickets you're looking at are able to be reassigned, you'll see a drop-down that says, "Reassign Ticket." If you run into any issues with these steps, I'd recommend
calling a Cast Member with Website Support at (407) 939-4357. While nothing is guaranteed, they'll do everything they can to turn your pumpkin of a problem back into a carriage!
However, if you're looking to keep these tickets assigned to your parents and would like to help your parents access their park tickets, I have another step for you. Hover your mouse over the
My Disney Experience tab and click
My Family & Friends. Scroll down until you see the names of your parents listed. If you created the accounts for them, you'll likely see the words, "Plans managed by me" next to their names. Click "Update," then click "Share planning with..." and enter their email addresses. Once they accept the invitation on their end, they'll be able to view their park tickets and co-manage their plans!
