Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Christina! Thanks so much for bringing us your question!
When it comes to special ticketed events, the famous (or infamous if you’re talking about Disney’s Classic Villains)
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is taking place this weekend and on many other dates through October 31st. Events like this one are especially fun because of the extra treats you get to enjoy! Mickey and his friends will be dressed in their Halloween best and guests can trick-or-treat throughout the Magic Kingdom Park.
There’s also special entertainment that’s specific to the party like the Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular with the Sanderson Sisters and the Happy HalloWishes Fireworks show. It’s my favorite fireworks show of the season because Disney’s villains really steal the show!
This event begins at 7 p.m. and will run through midnight. That’s a good five hours to enjoy the
Magic Kingdom Park with minimal wait times! You do need a
Special Event Ticket to attend this party, but you do not need a regular theme park ticket to be able to attend this event.
Christina, I hope this answers your question! Please feel free to come back with any other planning questions you might have. It’s our pleasure to help you with all the details of your magical trip!
