Depending on the type of reservation, you will either be able to cancel the reservation online or you will need to call
(407) 939-1936) and speak to them directly. Note that a cancelation fee may apply, depending on how far in advance you cancel. Usually, all amounts are refunded for cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the guest's arrival minus cancellation fees charged by third party hotels or other suppliers. Larger fees may apply for cancellations made 2 days to 29 days prior to the guest's arrival. For cancellations made one day or less prior to a guest's arrival or for no-shows, the full price of the package is non-refundable. Also, no refunds will be made for an early departure from your hotel and for any unused or partially used admission tickets, including meals.
