Hi Gabrielle,
Thanks for joining us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I'm so excited to hear that you will be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort soon...are you counting down the days yet?
You are asking about tickets for children; Disney has pricing for ages 3-9 and then ages 10+. Children under 3 are guests of Mickey himself and are free of charge. You indicate that you're from Florida, so you may consider tickets especially for Florida Residents, like the
Discover Disney tickets that are currently available. These particular tickets are offered at a special discount, so there is no price difference between children and adults.
If you aren't interested in the Discover Disney tickets, Disney has recently instituted peak pricing for park tickets, meaning that the times of year that are less busy are also less expensive! I'd suggest visiting the Disney Parks website to check out
ticket pricing during the days that you plan on visiting.
Finally, should you decide that you just can't get enough of Mickey and his pals while you're visiting, you may exchange your park ticket for an Annual Pass and just pay the difference. Your ticket must not be expired and must have at least one day remaining on it to take advantage of this offer. There are so many advantages to being an Annual Passholder, such as free parking, discounts on select dining and merchandise, discounts on select special event tickets and more!
Gabrielle, I hope you make many magical memories during your upcoming trip!
Best Wishes,
Amy S.
