    where do I find my hotel pin number

    Welcome to planDisney, Nancy!

    Charging purchases to my MagicBand is so incredibly convenient, especially when I have my hands full with children and snacks. As much as I love to charge my snacks and souvenirs I would be lying if I said I hadn't forgotten my PIN once or twice. 

    Nancy, you will have set-up your PIN during your Online Resort Check-in. If this is not your first stay at a hotel in the Disney Resorts Collection, your PIN will be the same as last time. For security reasons, this PIN is not stored anywhere in your account. 

    If you do not remember your PIN, you can easily change it. Simply log into your My Disney Experience Account and click on your profile, then select "Payment Method.' Once you scroll to the bottom, you will see a blue button that says "Reset Room Account PIN."
