Hi Robert!
Welcome to planDisney! There is nothing I like better than being able to head to
Walt Disney World with a zero balance. It gives me peace of mind to know that I have paid off our
Disney Resorts Collection hotel,
Disney theme park tickets, and purchased a gift card for dining expenses. Although, I always go over budget when it comes to Mickey Ears or new merchandise, much to my family's chagrin!
Robert, if you have booked a vacation package, you can check to see your balance on your
My Disney Experience Account. Once you've clicked on your hotel reservation, you can see the balance due, and make payments online. If you are unable to see the balance, you can call and speak to a Cast Member at
Guest Services who will be able to help you make your payment. If you have booked a room-only reservation, you can pay the balance upon arrival at the resort. Should you wish to pay it ahead of time, you can speak to a Cast Member at
Guest Services, who will be able to assist you.
A great way to pre-save for some of your dining and merchandise purchases is by ordering a Disney Gift Card. You can purchase a Disney Gift Card at
shopDisney, or on the
Disney Gift Card website for an amount up to $500. We usually buy gift cards with different characters so that we know which card belongs to which person.
Hope this helps you plan your magical vacation!
Malanie
