Where can I find my Disney cruise placeholder

    Ahoy there, Shannon!

Thanks for visiting planDisney with your question. I'm so glad you took advantage of one of my top tips for Disney Cruise Line vacations––the Onboard Booking Offer

As you know, placeholder bookings allow you to make your deposit on a future cruise and also provide a discount on a future cruise. To locate your placeholder reservation, call Disney Cruise Line and a Cast Member will locate the information for you. Remember, you have 24 months from the time you booked your placeholder to the time you embark on your cruise. If you decide not to cruise in those 24 months, call Disney Cruise Line and ask for a refund. If you forget (I'm not sure how we could forget a Disney Cruise Line vacation, but it happens!) an automatic refund of your deposit will be made to the original form of payment.

While you are thinking about which cruise to book, Shannon, did you see that Summer 2025 itineraries were released this week? Some amazing cruises are being offered and I'm considering using my recent placeholder for one. I hope you are, too!

Let us know if you have other questions as you plan; we are happy to help!

    Wishing you many magical memories,
    Shannon

Meet the Panelist: Shannon, Georgia

Hi! I'm a dreamer and doer who loves exploring the big blue world! My love for Disney began at Walt Disney World Resort and after my first Disney Cruise Line vacation I was hooked. I especially enjoy the ships' adult-exclusive spaces and activities while experiencing the magic only Disney can create. A Land and Sea vacation combining an action-packed Walt Disney World Resort visit and a relaxing Disney Cruise Line voyage is my favorite way to do Disney. I can't wait to help you create your magical memories! Learn More About Shannon
