    How can I find out if I have a discount pin attached to my name?

    Hi Lisa,

    Thanks so much for your question!  One of Disney's best-kept secrets is how to be the lucky recipient of a magical pin code.  In all the years I've been vacationing at Walt Disney World, I can only remember receiving an elusive pin code one time.  The pin might arrive on a postcard or by email, but either way, full details of the offer and how to redeem it will be included.  Pin codes aren't transferable, but everyone can try to improve their own chances at receiving one by registering for an online account on the Walt Disney World website, taking any surveys you might receive from Disney after a vacation, and requesting the vacation planning video.  

    Even if you don't remember receiving an offer, you can always call the reservation line at 407-939-7675 to see if one is available on your account.
