Putting together a Walt Disney World Resort vacation is almost like putting together the pieces of a very carefully crafted puzzle. One of my favorite pieces of that puzzle is
making dining reservations! Often I am making reservations for multiple days of my trip and it is easy to lose track of what I booked and when. Fortunately, information about any dining reservations you've made should be easy to find!
At the time you made your dining reservations, you should have received an email confirmation for each reservation. I suggest searching your email inbox for a message from Walt Disney World Dining with the subject "Your Dining Reservation has been Confirmed!". Your email confirmation will include the reservation confirmation number, date, time, location, Guests, and cancellation policy.
You can also view and modify or cancel your dining reservations in your
My Disney Experience account. When logged into your account online, you'll see your dining reservations listed under "My Plans"; scroll down a bit to view "Daily Itinerary". In the
My Disney Experience app, use the menu button in the lower right corner of the home screen to select "Future Plans". Selecting a dining reservation will bring you to a new screen with additional information including the option to modify (subject to availability) or cancel your reservation.
If another Guest made the dining reservation and included you as a Guest, you should be able to view the reservation under "My Plans" or "Future Plans". Only the name listed as the Reservation Contact will have the ability to modify or cancel a reservation.
