How do I find how many days are left on the tickets linked to My Disney Experience account? I buy 10 day hoppers with a no expiration and sometimes can't keep track of all of them.

    Hi James,

Thanks so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question!  You definitely don't want to miss a single day of park admission on those tickets, so great idea to confirm details.  As much as I wish there was an easy way in My Disney Experience to keep track of the number of days remaining, the system doesn't seem quite there yet.  The best way to check the number of days that are left on your tickets from home is to send an email to ticket.usage@disneyworld.com with the following items included with your message:
    • A picture or scan of the front and back of the ticket(s)
    • A picture or scan of a government-issued ID
    • Your full name
    • A phone number where you can be reached during the day
The total size of your email cannot exceed 2 MB, so just be sure to keep an eye on that before you send off your message.  You may need to compress those pictures or scanned images if it's too large or you can send more than one email with the information.  You should hear back from a Cast Member within 14 business days with an answer.

At the park, you can also stop by a ticket window at a park, a concierge desk at a Disney Resort hotel or Guest Relations at Downtown Disney to find out the answer.

I hope that helps, James, and have a magical visit!  Please let us know if we can help answer any other questions.
