How can I find out how many days I have left on my never expire pass that I bought in 2002? Can my husband use my mom's pass with her days left? How do I get these passes transfere to the new band system since these are on paper cards purchased out of park

    Hi Jaime,

You can take your tickets to any of the Guest Services desks at the four major theme parks at the Walt Disney World Resorts to find out how many days you have left on them. You can also take them to the concierge desk at your Walt Disney World Resorts.

You will not be able to transfer your mom's ticket to your husband. Tickets are non-transferable. You can check with Guest Services what your options are with any remaining days on the ticket.

As for transferring your tickets to Magic Bands, this is easy. Once you set up your My Disney Experience, you can take the number on the back of the ticket and add it to your account. If you choose not to use a Magic Band, you can have Guest Services convert the ticket to the new cards. I had my tickets converted this summer.

    Wishing you a magical vacation!
