Heigh-Ho Jody,
I hope this means you are gEARing and considering a return to Walt Disney World. Since 2005, so much has changed and there are even more magical and memorable moments to be had.
Guests with ticket questions, such as yours, have a couple of options call, email or chat. For any of these options be sure to have the Ticket ID Numbers on hand so they can be referenced and researched. I, also, recommend creating a My Disney Experience profile, if you have not already done so. Once your question has been answered or if you plan on visiting Walt Disney World this is your vacation hub and will give you full control over reservations, tickets, itineraries, and much more. Your tickets, if they have days left on them, can be linked to your
My Disney Experience with the help of a Cast Member. To speak to a Cast Member dial (407) 566-4985. At the moment Cast Members are experiencing high call volume and my best advice is to try when the phone lines open at 7:00 a.m. Your next option is email,
follow the link I have provided and select int the subject option, Existing Ticket Inquiries, in the body of your email provide all the Ticket ID Number information and a Cast Member will respond in due time. And last, if you have the
My Disney Experience mobile app, in the lower right-hand corner, select the menu option and scroll down to the Chat With Us feature. In the body of your chat provide your inquiry and Ticket ID numbers.
2021 is an exciting year for Walt Disney World, with so many changes and the anticipation of the
50th Anniversary, it can only get better and better. We, at
planDisney, are ready to help with any further Walt Disney World vacation questions you may have and hope to see you returning to The Most Magical Place On Earth.
Have a Practically Perfect Day,
Amy M.
