Welcome back! I hope your Disney Cruise Line voyage was magical, and that you're already dreaming of the next one. I never disembark without having a
placeholder reserved, so I have another cruise with Captain Mickey to look forward to. I hope you were able to use the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app to book yours while onboard.
April, to access your cruise folio from a past sailing, go to the
Disney Cruise Line website and find the "Already Booked" tab. You'll look for "My Cruise History and Folio" at the very bottom under "My Account." You should be able to select "My Cruises" to find your most recent sailing and download your onboard charges. This will be available online for 90 days after disembarkation. If your sail date is past this timeline, please
call Disney Cruise Line at 1(800) 951-3532 to speak with an agent about your folio.
Once you are back on land, you can also purchase
cruise photos from Shutters, April. These are available online for 45 days after the cruise. If you did not buy them onboard, look for "My Cruise Photos" under "My Account." I love that Disney Cruise Line added this option, as I regretted not buying some of the special photos taken onboard more than once!
