Hello there Chris!
It's a pleasure to "sea" you here at planDisney. If you're looking for your Castaway Club ID number that can only mean one thing- you've completed at least one magical Disney Cruise Line sailing. I hope it was full of magic and memories out on the open water!
You should be able to locate your Castaway Club number by sailing over to the
Disney Cruise Line website and hovering over the "Already Booked" link as you mentioned. There, you can scroll down to the bottom of the drop-down menu and select "Castaway Club" under the My Account section toward the bottom of the list. You can also
use this link to Log In. Be sure to use the same User Name or Email Address and Password you used to create your Disney Cruise Line Account and manage your bookings.
Once logged in you should be able to see your Membership Level, the number of sailings completed, and any associated benefits. Your Castaway Club ID number will be listed just below your Silver, Gold, or Platinum status icon.
Pearl Membership is a new tier unveiling May 1st for cruisers who have completed at least 25 Disney Cruise Line sailings. If you've followed the steps above and are still unable to locate your ID number you can
submit an email for additional assistance.
Unfortunately, the Castaway Club page does not currently feature a way to see a list of your past sailings. I'm hoping this will be updated at some point, but in the meantime, you can always try
calling if you have a question about one of your past sailings. Cast Members are available Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. EST, and from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST on Saturday and Sunday. You can also email with specific questions if calling doesn't work during those times.
I hope this helps Chris. Please feel free to come back and ask us more questions. We'd love to help you plan for your next adventure on the high seas!
New itineraries for Summer 2024 are open for booking. I already have my eye on the cruises to
Lighthouse Point.
Yo ho, Yo ho, the Disney Cruise Life for me,
Amy
