Where do i find my annual pass IDs? I have all my passes linked to App but theyre not syncing to my new WDW resort resv and I have to make reservations? This is bery annoying as we were there 4 months ago in Dec and ised the genie and all was linked then

Hi Sandra!  Welcome to planDisney!  It sounds like you're running into a little bit of trouble making your Disney Park Pass reservations.  I'll do my best to walk you through what you need to do to make sure everything is linked and ready for your upcoming visit.

Sandra, if your Annual Pass is linked to your My Disney Experience account and you have also linked your Disney Resorts Collection hotel reservation to your account, then everything will work "Harmonious-ly" together -- no additional linking is needed.  I recommend just double-checking that you can view your Annual Pass under "Tickets & Passes" and your hotel reservation is showing under "My Plans" or "Future Plans".

When making your Disney Park Pass reservations, be sure to scroll down a bit on the page and select the button that says "Book Park Reservation for Hotel Guest".  Any Disney Resort Hotel reservations you have made should be listed on the next screen.  Select the hotel stay for which you need to make theme park reservations.  This will allow you to make reservations for the length of your stay, in addition to your Annual Pass allotment.  If you are then asked for the Annual Pass ID number, you can find it on the back of your Annual Pass card.  Sample cards will be displayed on this screen showing where the ID numbers are located.  You might want to check the expiration date on your pass as well.  If it has expired, that may be why you are being asked to enter the ID number.

Sometimes when things aren't working quite right for me, I'll close the browser or app and relaunch My Disney Experience.  Other times I'll be successful when switching from the app to the website or vice-versa.  If you have tried all my suggestions and are still having difficulty, give the My Disney Experience tech team a call at (407) 939-4357.

Sandra, please stop by planDisney again anytime.  We are always happy to help.  Have a wonderful stay!
