Hiya, Caity.
As someone who lives with a severe food allergy, I completely understand wanting to know what options your little princess can safely dine on during your trip. There are allergy-friendly options listed on the menus on each
dining location’s webpage that you can review ahead of your arrival. They list the allergens each item is free of, so that is a great place to start. When you check in for a dining reservation during your trip, you will be able to select the food allergies applicable to your dining party, but I suggest letting your server know verbally once you are seated as well. You can also request to speak to the chef at Table-Service restaurants, as well as request a special diet consult before placing your order at Quick-Service locations.
However, since your daughter has multiple food allergies, the best thing you can do is reach out to the
Special Diets Team at Special.Diets@DisneyWorld.com now to ask for a Special Dietary Request Form. Once they receive your completed form, they will coordinate with any restaurants you have reservations at to make sure your family has a safe dining experience. They will make a reasonable effort to accommodate your requests, though it’s not a guarantee.
Be sure to check the refrigerated section at
Landscape of Flavors when you arrive at
Disney’s Art of Animation Resort to see if they have almond milk. The available options change from time to time, but almond milk may be available. Remember, you are allowed to bring your own snacks and drinks into your room and the theme parks, so you have that as a failsafe as well.
Caity, I hope this information proves useful. Have a truly magical trip, and say hi to Minnie for me!
Off to Neverland,
Alyssa
