Thank you for bringing your vacation question here to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! It is my pleasure to help you determine the account attached to your Disney theme park ticket. Having the ability to link theme park tickets in
My Disney Experience will enable you to make the necessary park reservations on the new
Disney Park Pass system; so you want to ensure you have theme park tickets linked to the correct Guest and account. In order to view your current park tickets, you will start by logging into your My Disney Experience account either on the Disney website or the My Disney Experience mobile app. On the
My Disney Experience mobile app you will select the bottom right icon with three lines, and then select the Tickets and Passes option, this will show you any tickets or passes you have linked in this account. From your My Disney Experience account on the Disney website, you will scroll down to My Plans, Reservations and Tickets and select Tickets & Memory Maker next to the default Daily Itinerary option. You will then be able to see any theme park tickets linked to this account. If you find that the park tickets have be linked to the wrong account or attributed to the incorrect guest, please contact the
