I finally got permission for a vacation but it was too late to get a Disney Hotel reservation. Do the hotels keep a list for notification when a reservation is canceled on a certain time period?

Diana, thank you for coming to the planDisney Panel with your question!

I’m so excited to hear that you will use some much-deserved vacation time to visit the Happiest Place on Earth.

When it comes to hotel options at or near the Disneyland Resort, you have plenty. The first option would be a Disneyland Resort Hotel. These on-property hotels offer superb amenities, such as world-class pools and early entrance into the theme parks. However, if what you shared in your question is true and there are no longer hotel reservations at any of the three on-property hotels, then I highly recommend a Good Neighbor Hotel.

Good Neighbor Hotels are off-property hotels, but many of them are within a reasonable walking distance of the Disneyland Resort. When I use a Good-Neighbor Hotel, I tend to look for ones on Harbor Blvd. and close to the Harbor Blvd. entrance to the resort.

Please have a magical experience on your vacation and enjoy your time at the Happiest Place on Earth!

    Best wishes,
    Lola
