Is there a way to filter for the 2020 participating dining plan restaurants? I have a feeling the selection of restaurants has changed from 2019, sometimes I see a restaurant that says it is a 2020 dining plan restaurant, but how do I filter for 2020?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Stacy!

I'd be happy to help you with your Disney Dining Plan question.  It sounds like you have already discovered how to filter the list of dining locations using the drop-down menu in the upper right to show which locations participate in the 2019 Disney Dining Plans.  At some point, the filter will be updated for 2020 Dining Plans, but I have no information about when that might happen.  As you may have found, some, but not all, dining locations' pages have been updated to include 2020 Dining Plan information.

I have noticed when vacation packages and the Dining Plans are released for the following year, there seems to be some dining locations that are "missing".  You'll find as we approach the end of the year, more dining locations will be added and their pages will be updated to include 2020 Dining Plan information.  My guess is that final details for some locations are still being worked out, especially with those restaurants that are not Disney owned and operated, such as Rainforest Cafe and T-REX.

I have found there is actually very little change in the list of participating restaurants from year to year.  Probably the biggest change occurs when new dining locations open and are added to the list.  So a good rule of thumb is that if a location is a 2019 Dining Plan participant, there is a strong likelihood it will also participate in the 2020 Dining Plan.  Your best bet is to periodically check back to see if 2020 information has been added to the list of dining locations.  In the meantime, you can use this list.  Please note it should only be considered a preliminary list.  Additional locations will most certainly be included as participants in the 2020 Disney Dining Plans.

I hope that helps!  Please visit the Moms Panel again with any other questions you may have.  Enjoy your visit!
